Return & Warranty Policy
Return & Contidions:
Customers may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if dissatisfied with the product.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
1). The product is unused, in it's original package, and accompanied by all accessories.
2). For quality-related issues (e.g., defects, malfunctions, incorrect items): Full refund or replacement is eligible.
3). For non-quality-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection): Return is accepted but subject to the terms below.
Return Shipping Costs:
1). Quality-related returns: Aertool covers the return shipping cost (prepaid label provided upon request).
2). Non-quality-related returns (within 7 days): Customers bear the return shipping cost.
3). Returns after 7 days (non-quality-related): Customers are responsible for both original delivery shipping costs and return shipping costs.
4). Refund & Replacement Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Replacements are shipped once the original item is received (expedited shipping options available at customer’s expense).
Warranty Coverage:
All products have a 1–2 years warranty (varies by product; details in product description), covering:
1). Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects or functional failures during the warranty period.
2). Customer responsibility: Shipping costs for returning the defective item to AERTOOL; AERTOOL covers reshipment of repaired/replaced items.
Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Customized products (e.g., logo-printed devices) are non-returnable unless defective.
